Todd’s Experience 

From a sales management trainee in January of 1992, to the title VP of sales at two large service centers over his career, Todd has gained the needed experience to handle all your steel needs.  Todd can provide the best practices to meet your steel requirements, from sales contracts, procurement negotiations, developing processing partnerships, and creative finance options.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University and is a member of the Ball State Athletic Hall of Fame.

Traci’s Experience 

Traci is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with progressive commercial and management experience, interfacing with global supply chains and multi-cultural teams with varied manufacturing environment backgrounds.  She is skilled in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing ideologies and is well versed in multiple software applications and ERP systems.  Traci’s broad commercial background includes inside and outside sales, supply chain and inventory, and strategic global sourcing management.  In addition to over 20 plus years of steel manufacturing experience, she has worked in a variety of industries including musical instruments, refractory ceramics, Tier 1 automotive, Cloud/SaaS, and federal government contracting. 

Traci holds a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University, an MBA from Western Governors University and a Six Sigma Blackbelt.
